La Leche League help is free and available 24 hours a day. There
are, of course, other LLL Groups in this part of New York State.

Common Sense
Breastfeeding is a group of three International Board Certified
Lactation Consultants in individual private practices. We also
work with one another and with local La Leche League Leaders.
